Nutrix Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays observed in the UAE).

Orders placed after 1 PM GST on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed successfully.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues, peak seasons).

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment. You can track the status of your order by visiting delivery status page
4. Taxes and Duties

All applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no additional customs or duties for orders shipped within the UAE.
5. Damages

Nutrix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damage as soon as you receive the package.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact
info@nutrixae.comwith your order number, and we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
6. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. Please double-check all shipping information before confirming your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any return shipping costs incurred. We can re-ship the order to a corrected address, but additional shipping fees will apply.
