Ingredients

L-carnitine tartrate, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water colorant: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; black pepper extract (BioPerine®).

Instruction For use

Take 1-2 capsules 30-45 minutes before physical activity with 250ml of water. On days without physical activity, take 1-2 capsules before breakfast.
